Description
These are the last of the prototype SP parts ready to ship.
Includes: Front housing, rear housing, LCD front housing, LCD rear housing, LCD rear panel cover, battery panel, bumper, and fasteners. Bushings are included with some units (noted in item selection), and others they are not. The bushings are small plastic pieces that prevent metal on metal contact when rotating the hinge. The rubber bumpers are not included in these prototypes.
There are no holes for type C or the headphone jack.
Our batteries will NOT fit - stock sized batteries only.
Basic parts required:
Original Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP with battery (any version electronics)
Plastic power switch and volume slider and shoulder buttons (we are still designing metal ones)
L and R metal posts/springs

These parts are not mass produced and we use multiple machine shops, so surface finish, texture, and color may vary between batches. Colors may also look different depending on your screen, the lighting, and variations in anodizing.

Brass parts come as machined and may show oxidation/discolor and some small machining or small scratches are possible. Assume you will need to do your final surface finishing using a flexible 3M sanding pad. (The 3M 7448 usually works well). After polishing, apply clearcoat, poly, or other coating to maintain the shine.
