🛠️ Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Examples of covered issues:

  • Machining defects
  • Incorrect or missing parts
  • Items that arrive damaged (non-shipping related)

🔌 Electronics (Limited Functional Guarantee)

Electronic components are tested prior to shipment and are guaranteed to be functional upon arrival.

If an electronic component is not working, contact us within 30 days of delivery for evaluation.

❌ What’s Not Covered

Due to the DIY nature of our products, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage during installation (including soldering, wiring, or assembly errors)
  • Broken connectors, ports, or flex cables caused by stress or improper handling
  • Incorrect wiring or power supply issues
  • Compatibility issues with third-party components
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage after use
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or accidents

Installation is performed at your own risk.

📦 Returns & Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

🌍 International Orders

For international customers, return shipping can be expensive and complex.

Because of this:

  • Return shipping labels are typically not provided for international orders
  • In some cases, we will offer a replacement or partial refund without requiring a return
  • For higher-value items, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (with prior approval)
